This is an excellent opportunity for anyone wanting to enter into management. Our client needs a Nursery Manager qualified to NVQ 3 *NNEB or equivalent with managerial experience.
The nursery has approx 40 service users and upto 11 staff, however you will be more involved in the managerial running of the nursery as oppost to day-to-day. This company offers an excellent salary.
The main duties are to manage & develop the Nursery Unit, creating & maintaining a quality environment for the children, families & staff team. Problem solving is also your responsability & you must be confident in implementing grievance & discilpinary procedures if & when required. You will be responsable for selecting & recruiting staff inline with setting requirements and to identify, select, oraganise & evaluate suitable development activities to get the best possible results.
Enhanced CRB dated within the last 12 months is required.
